Awards for excellent customer service by the European Confederation
of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO):

Vincent Vanden Bossche, President of ECCCO, handed over the awards
at a gala dinner attended by over 300 call centre professionals
that was sponsored by Verint Systems and hosted by the CCMA
(UK). Now in their fifth year the ECCCO Award event has already
emerged as one of the most important occasions for the industry
in Europe (Manchester 23rd April). |
